Seagull values our relationship with you and recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we may use your personal information.

Copyright Agreement

The Journal undertakes to publish the Contribution, subject to approval by the editor(s), in its Journal named above. In consideration of such publication, you hereby grant and assign to the Journal the entire copyright in the Contribution, including any and all rights of whatever kind or type now or hereafter protected by the international copyright laws, in all languages and forms of communication. It is understood that the copyright to the Contribution has not been registered with any library, but that in the event such registration has taken place you will promptly transfer the copyright registration to the Journal. If the Contribution is deemed unacceptable or Publication, you will be notified and all rights will revert to you. Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously in any language (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis). Copyrights for articles published in SEAGULL journals are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. The journal /publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. It is the author 's responsibility to bring an infringement action if so desired by the author.

Grant of Rights to Authors

The Journal grants to you the following nonexclusive rights, subject to your giving proper credit to the original publication of the Contribution in the Journal, including reproducing the exact copyright notice as it appears in the Journal:
To use the Contribution for teaching purposes in your classes, including making multiple copies for all students, either as individual copies or as part of a printed course pack, provided that these are to be used solely for classes you teach,
To deposit a copy of the Contribution in a non-commercial data repository maintained by an institution of which you are a member, after the embargo period identified in the Guidelines and provided all relevant conditions described in the Guidelines have been met.
To reprint the Contribution, in whole or in part, in any book, article, or other scholarly work of which you are the author or editor,
To post a copy of the Contribution on your personal or institutional Web server, provided that the server is non-commercial and there are no charges for access, and The rights granted in clauses (I) and (ii) above are intended to benefit the original creators of the Contribution only. Accordingly, if you claim ownership of or rights in the Contribution because it was created by your employee or as a work made for hire, as defined in the Copyright Act, the rights granted in clauses (I) and (ii) above shall not apply to you, and you must contact the Press for permission to make these uses.

Using our Services

Unless otherwise set out herein, content comprised within the Services, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, images, programs, computer code and other information (collectively, the "Content"), including but not limited to the design, layout, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, is owned by SEAGULL, its licencors or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Except as otherwise provided in any additional terms for a Service, you may print or download Content from the Services for your own personal, non-commercial, informational or scholarly use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, post, translate or create other derivative works from, or sell, rent or license all or any part of the Content, or products or services obtained from the Services, in any medium to anyone, except as otherwise expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions, or any relevant license or subscription agreement or authorization by us. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or translate any software in the Content, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of such software, except to the extent expressly permitted under applicable law, without our prior written permission. You may not engage in the systematic retrieval of Content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our prior written permission. You may not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms or devices, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to: (i) Continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, deep link or index any Content;(ii) Harvest personal information from the Services for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material; or(iii)Cause disruption to the working of the Services or any other person’s use of the Services. If the Services contain robot exclusion files or robot exclusion headers, you agree to honor them and not use any device, software or routine to bypass them. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Services, any other systems or networks connected to the Services or any of the products or services provided on, accessed from or distributed through the Services. You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services or any network connected to the Services or breach or attempt to breach the security or authentication measures on the Services or any network connected to the Services. You may not, without the approval of SEAGULL, use the Services to publish or distribute any advertising, promotional material, or solicitation to other users of the Services to use any goods or services.

Content Provided to Us to have access to the restriction

Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. Except as otherwise provided in any additional terms for a Service, we do not claim ownership of any content, application or other material that you or third parties provide to us (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit on or through the Services, including our blog pages, message boards, comment or discussion features, chat rooms and forums, for review by the general public, registered users of the Services or by the members of any public or private community ("Submission"), and you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the Submission. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or compliance with relevant laws or regulations of any Submission that contains content that is not owned by SEAGULL. Access to the Sites and Mobile Content that is provided free of charge does not create a professional services relationship or any other relationship with SEAGULL. These Sites and Mobile Content are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not develop or derive for commercial sale any data in machine-readable or other form that incorporates or uses any substantial part of the Sites nor transfer to or store any data residing or exchanged over the Sites in any electronic network for use by more than one user unless you obtain prior written permission from SEAGULL. Information about requesting permission to reproduce or distribute materials from the Sites can be found here info@seagullpublications.com For any images, text, data or other information (referred to here as “Content”) you submit to SEAGULL (including profile information, blog posts, chat room or forum pages, and any e-mail) you affirm, represent and warrant that you own the right to utilize, to license and to sublicense the Content and you grant to SEAGULL, and anyone authorized by SEAGULL, a non-exclusive, worldwide, paid-up, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license, including right of sublicense, to use, copy, assign, display, distribute, perform, reproduce in whole or in part, and modify the Content in any medium or any manner, in whole or part (whether now known or hereafter developed), without any restrictions to you, for the sole intended purpose of the Sites and/or services provided. You also grant to each user of the Sites a non-exclusive license to access the Content through the Sites and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Content as permitted through the functionality of the Sites and under this Agreement. For any Content you post that you do not own, you guarantee to us that you have the legal right to post such Content and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity. The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Infringement

You warrant to the Publication as follows: (i) That the Contribution is your original work; (ii) That it contains no matter which is defamatory or is otherwise unlawful or which invades rights of privacy or publicity or infringes any proprietary right (including copyright); (iii) That you have the right to assign the copyright to the Publication and that no portion of the copyright to the Contribution has been assigned previously; and (iv)That the Contribution has not been published elsewhere in whole or in part (except as may be set out in a rider annexed hereto and signed by the Publication) and that no agreement to publish is outstanding other than this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold the Publication, its editors and staff and affiliate organizations harmless against any claim arising from or related to the breach or inaccuracy of any of the warranties listed above.

Password Use and Security

If you use a password to access a Service, you must not reveal your password and must take reasonable steps to keep your password confidential and secure. You agree to immediately notify SEAGULL if you become aware of or have reason to believe that there is any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. SEAGULL is in no way liable for any claims or losses related to the use or misuse of your password or account due to the activities of any third party outside of our control or due to your failure to maintain their confidentiality and security.

Limitation of Liability

SEAGULL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ADVERTISER, ITS AGENCY OR ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER OR IN RELATION TO THESE TERMS OR ANY IO FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW OR EQUITY, AND WHETHER OR NOT SEAGULL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL SEAGULL LIABILITY UNDER OR IN RELATION TO THESE TERMS OR ANY IO EXCEED THE FEES ACTUALLY PAID TO SEAGULL FOR THE ADVERTISEMENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with relevant laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Services, Content or any Submission

Payment

To make a payment to purchase a hard copy of the journal correctly and properly is the responsibility of the payer. SEAGULL is not responsible for any incorrect and inappropriate method of payment.

Payment for Journal Publication

You will be asked to pay the publication fee if the article accepted to publish. We provide at least one hard copy to the corresponding author. Payment method of the accepted paper will be notified & directed via email according to the book or journal terms and policies.

Payment for Book Publication

Payment is not required to publish book with Seagull Publications. Once it is accepted and published you will be rewarded free hard copy from Seagull. If you want more than the rewarded copy you need to purchase it from our shop.

Print Copy Purchase

There is no additional terms & conditions for Print Copy Purchase from Seagull..

E-books & E-journals Purchase

By ordering our product you agreed with the delivery, use, return & refund terms & conditions mentioned in our website. .

Shipping & Delivering Product

We use EMS service to ship the product to you. It generally takes 5-6 days. If you want to get an express service like DHL, FedEx you need to add extra $25 USD for each purchase. Report about product is not delivered, we encourage you to file after 10 days from your order date

Change Order

Change of mind is not applicable. Replacement or change of an order is only applicable for following conditions
