Seagull accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all related accessories included. Items in gift sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you return a package that does not meet this criterion, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our return process is convenient and easy. Included with each purchase invoice is a return form with a prepaid DHL or FedEx return shipping label.
1. To ensure accurate processing, please fill out the returns form included in the box of your original purchase. There is a section for return items and the reason for your return. Include this in your return package.

2. Using the prepaid DHL or FedEx Merchandise Return label included in your original order:
• Fill out your name, address, order number and affix squarely onto the address side of your return package. • There is a "DHL Tracking #" sticker included with your packing slip. Remove this sticker and place it near your "Merchandise Return Label" on your return package. • To ensure we receive your return properly, include your original order receipt inside your return package; indicating the item(s) and the reason for your return. • Drop your package in a secure mailbox, give it to your postal carrier or take it to your local post office. • Once we receive your return, we will deduct a $7.95 fee from the return balance due to account for the return postage. • The prepaid return label is optional. You are free to use your own return services at your discretion.
• Affix the pre-filled out label on your return package. • To ensure we receive your return properly, include your original order receipt inside your return package; indicating the item(s) and the reason for your return. • Drop your package at a local FedEx Office. • Once we receive your return, we will deduct a $7.95 fee from the return balance due to account for the return postage. • The prepaid return label is optional. You are free to use your own return services at your discretion. 3. Bring your package to the nearest carrier facility. 4. If you are not using the prepaid return label, make sure you send all online returns to: Seagull Publications BA-137/1, South Badda Dhaka-1212 Bangladesh. For your protection be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Seagull cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
- To process the return through the border a Commercial Invoice must be completed for the return. - We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. - All refunds will be credited in the payment form used for the original purchase.
You may choose to return any item that you have purchased online at one of our store locations within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Simply bring a copy of your original invoice that was included in your order package. We cannot accept returns without your original invoice. Your return will be exchanged for a Seagull gift card good at any of our Seagull store locations.
Online purchases cannot be returned to Seagull international retail store locations.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on your original order. Your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment and will appear on your next statement (generally 10-14 days, depending on your bank).
We want you to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin processing it immediately after you place it. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to clicking the 'Place Order' button on checkout page.
